Stargate Atlantis : Radek Zelenka : 145 words

Dr. Radek Zelenka stared in amazement at the console in the hidden room he had found. This could be a major discovery. He flipped through the manual of the code they already discovered but this was like finding the Rosetta stone. A find like this could change everything.

He cleared his throat and started to activate his com link and paused. Once he notified Dr. Rodney McKay the project would be removed from his hands and he would be sent off to discover some other miraculous find that Rodney would take credit for discovery. It wouldn't be the first time.

So this time he tapped the link to Dr. Weir, Atlantis’ commander and requested her presence. The project might end up in Rodney’s hands but this time HE would receive credit for it. And wouldn’t Rodney be pissed. He rubbed his hands together and grinned.

Castle : Javier Esposito : 101 words

Javier Esposito watched his best friend and partner Ryan leave to go home to his new wife instead of out carousing with him. There were times he envied Kevin having someone to go home to each night.

He had come very close to a commitment with Lanie their medical examiner, very close; but they mutually decided to cool thing off because neither of them were ready to settle down into life of domestic bliss that Ryan seemed to bloom under.

No he was not ready. After all, he still had the urge to sow his wild oats, wheat and barley.

The Mentalist : Kimball Cho : 101 Words

Kimball Cho was a private man. He didn't discuss his personal life with his partners at the C.B.I. or his boss Teresa Lisbon though he was close enough to know any of them would keep his confidences.

His batting average with women was dismal. One beaten by someone as punishment for something he did and another a drug addict and whore. Both added to the ice that encased his heart.

Other casual dates couldn't deal with his having to leave in the middle of the night for a case and not returning sometimes for days. He’d accepted he’d spend his life alone.

Haaah, love the Espo one: wild oats, wheat and barley! That's great!
